Forteller AS is responsible for getting your orders shipped to you, but there are points we do not take responsibility for.

-Delays due to external forces including, but not limited to: insufficient/wrong information, war, weather, natural catastrophes and more.

-Import fees charged when the customer has decided to not pre-pay these with our DDP solution.

-Customers who are not satisfied with the product when the product is in accordance with the descriptions found on ‘Forteller-Watches.com‘

Warranty  Information:

The 18 month warranty of the Cambrian model covers manufacturing defect that hinder the watches functionality.

If you discover anything wrong with your watch that you believe is or should be covered by the warranty, contact us through ‘fortellerwatches@gmail.com’ and we will help as best we can regardless of what the issue is.
